APPLICATIONS
The HydroCell Enrichment System is a self-contained product that will mount on the vehicles exterior. This product draws minimal power from the vehicles battery system and uses it to produce hydrogen gas on demand.
The process is regulated by various sensors and circuits to ensure that the gas is produced as required, based on the vehicles needs. The hydrogen gas is drawn into the engine through the air intake.
The addition of hydrogen gas increases the flame speed inside the cylinder, which results in a more complete burning of the fuel. This complete combustion means an increase in horsepower and a decrease in emissions (un-burnt fuel expelled in the exhaust).
The fuel saving, as a result of the increase in horsepower, is approximately between 10-30%. This represents a hugely significant saving to the Transport and Haulage Industry.
The emissions numbers are equally as impressive. There is up to a 50% reduction in the emissions of nitrous oxides, hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide (greenhouse gases).
